IH SERIES CHEMICAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

DESCRIPTION

5^th generation IH series standard chemical centrifugal pump is a replacement to the old IH type chemical centrifugal pump. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of this series are the same as those old IH pump, and the products comply with GB5662-85 " End-suction centrifugal pumps(rating 16 bar)—Designation,nominal duty point and dimensions " standard.

FEATURES

1. Absorb the appearance design of XA type cantilever and adding reinforcement of the pump casing, so it is nice appearance, safe operation, reliability, and long service life.

2. Cantilever: four kinds of cantilever systems cover the whole series, and the cantilever systems are universal, guarantee the short lead time.

3. Shaft seal: according to customers’ applications, packing seal, single-end non-balancing mechanical seal, single-end balancing mechanical seal, double-end non-balancing mechanical seal, double-end balancing mechanical seal, can be selected. The seals are safe, reliable and has a long service life. Pump casing and impeller are precision cast by wax mold, which has higher efficiency than the old IH series.

4. Can be close-coupled as required. In general, the installation dimensions are the same as the old IH series, and the baseplate is made of precision cast molding process.

APPLICATIONS

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food industries and hospital to transport corrosive or polluting medium without solids.
